At Arlington Precision Machine Works, our mission is to provide our customers with professional services and parts, starting with understanding the need through providing high-quality products in a reasonable time frame. We produce parts and components for a variety of industries using a variety of materials, making our services diverse and experienced. We manufacture specialized parts to OEM parts, utilizing our in-house engineering if required, to meet your needs. We can run small quantity parts to full production runs, giving us the ability to assist our clients with overflow work so that they can keep on schedule with confidence that the parts will be of high quality.
We specialize in SERVICE and value relationships to build lasting partnerships – we are your dedicated partner to helping you.

Our Capabilities

At Arlington Precision, we operate as a hybrid Job Shop. While we cater to one-off requirements for smaller clients, with our state-of-the-art technology we are also able to handle bulk orders for our larger clientele.

Specialized Parts

Arlington Precision designs and manufactures specialized or custom parts tailored to meet specific client requirements that are not covered by standard machining. This service is perfect for unique or niche applications where off-the-shelf parts do not suffice, such as custom hardware for unique machinery or prototypes for new product development.

Production Services

Arlington Precision’s production services encompass the high-volume manufacturing of parts using advanced automation and machining processes. This service is ideal for businesses requiring large quantities of identical components.

Heat Treating & Grinding

Heat treating involves the controlled heating and cooling of materials to alter their physical and mechanical properties, improving performance and durability. Grinding refines surface finishes and brings parts to precise dimensions. Essential for parts that must endure extreme conditions or stresses, such as automotive or aerospace components, enhancing their longevity and performance.

CNC Milling

CNC milling involves the use of computer-controlled multi-axis milling machines that cut and shape materials into final dimensions and designs. Suitable for producing intricate parts with slots, holes, and complex surfaces, used in industries like medical, aerospace, and manufacturing.

CNC Turning

CNC turning uses computer-controlled lathes to produce complex external and internal geometries with high precision. This is an automated process where pre-programmed computer software directs the movement of factory tools and machinery, allowing for precision and repeatability in production. This is perfect for creating cylindrical parts like shafts, rods, or bushings, where precision and repeatability are critical.

EDM Machining

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) uses electrical current to cut materials into specific shapes, especially hard metals that are difficult to machine with traditional techniques.
Ideal for making intricate molds, dies, and complex aerospace and automotive components with a high degree of accuracy and surface quality.

Welding & Fabrication

This service involves the joining of materials, typically metals or thermoplastics, through various welding techniques, coupled with the fabrication of larger structures or components.
This is critical for constructing frameworks and assemblies in construction, automotive, and manufacturing sectors, providing strength and durability.
